St. Francis' Table Donation Wish List

This donation "wish list" includes the most common items that we require to meet our nutritional goals of feeding the hungry. We also acccept donations of professional kitchen equipment, tools and utensiles, clothing and, of course monetary donations. We and our guests are very grateful for your donations. You can print this list out.

We would appreciate any professional kitchen equipment donations. Here's a list of items that is by no means exhaustive: Knives (all types), sharpening steels, wire whisks (large and small), sauteuse, sautoir, rondeau, stockpot (marmite), saucepot, saucepan, ladles (all sizes),roasting pans, hotel pans, chinois, collander, ricer, peelers, kitchen fork, palette knife, whips, offset spatulas, measuring pitchers, scales, thermometers, measuring spoons, food mill, and, well, you get the idea.
